Test for a Hierarchy of Catgeories

In this Example we have a hierarchy of categories; each Country is a category and each city as well; the category pages on cities belong to a category which is named after the country and to a category named "Cities". The country category pages belong to category "Countries". The sequence of first edit dates differs from the alphabetical sequence.

With ordermethod=category,firstedit we get:
