Test offset&count

We call a template with different offset & count

Based on count= and offset= one could build a report where you can flip pages backward and forward.

But you would need to accept some input from the user, maybe using raw html and input boxes ...

Maybe one could use a small Special:dpl as a wrapper page, any ideas ?
