Issue:Respect multiple borders in layout

Description:	aiSee does not respect the changes on object size which happen due to double / triple borders.
Extension / Version:	aiSee / 2.2
Type / Status:	Bug / open

Problem

This is certainly a minor problem. But maybe it is easy to fix?
