Issue:Section inclusion no longer works

Problem

• Unit testing does not work: Test:Section_inclusion

• It also seems like DPL forked a bit too far way from original. Original does not have the Issue:Call to a member function getPrefixedDBkey() on a non-object‎ issue (I tested with #lst and a section containing headers).
• In addition, now the edit links work properly in the original version: you edit the proper section of the original page you included, which is great. In DPL now, section count gets incremented on current page, so people will end up editing another part of page where inclusion is done, which is confusing for them.
• Maybe it would be good to externalize again the inclusion done in DPL, and submit patches to the original lst?
