Issue:Iconpath for svg

Description:	although AISEEICONS is correctly set the svg file expects icons in the same directory as the svg file.

Problem

Is there a separate switch to set the path for icons which are used within an svg file? The environment variable AISEEICONS seems only to work for png generation ...
