Problem
This crashes PHP on semeb.com:

the body of the desired chapter.

with:
Fatal error: Class 'DPLInclude' not found in /www/htdocs/w0057617/dpldemo/extensions/DynamicPageList/DPLSetup.php on line 1438
It does not crash on my own wiki, even though Special:Version reports I'm running DPL 2.01 too.
