Description:	List pages not using a certain image.
Extension / Version:	DPL / ?
Type / Status:	Change Request / open

Problem

Enable the opposite of imageused to find pages which do not use a certain image. Eaxmple:

<dpl>
category=Foo
notimageused = File:Test.jpg
</dpl>

This would return pages in Category:Foo which don't use [[File:Test.jpg]].
