Problem
would be nice to add the AND functionaly to the DPL use via Special:Call
Special:Call/Catlist?category=A&category=B
maybe pass the variables as array
Special:Call/Catlist?category[]=A&category[]=B
or number the variables
Special:Call/Catlist?category1=A&category2=B
