Muha Test 2 is nopt found once. On my DPL 1.7.6 I at least can use "uses" / "notuses" in combination with "category" but not "categorymatch".

As far as I can see Muha Test 2 only uses Template:UsesTest.
I added more queries to your table. I can´t see a problem ...
