Issue:Surrogate template default syntax

Problem
When using surrogate templates, it would be very useful to have them called with "/default" instead of ".default", e.g. {Country}/dpl/default instead of {Country}/dpl.default; the default page would then be a subpage of the template itself, which would make lots of things easier (maintenance, search, move template). --Theaitetos 16:27, 20 November 2011 (CET)
