Description: minor changes in atraction lead to different layouts.

Problem

Maybe this is not a bug. But it looks unexplainable and inconsistent from a user´s point of view.

Try values 45,46,47 for repulsion in Wgraph:Demo attraction. Leave repulsion empty (default is 20).
