Description: Multiple TOCs in resulting page

Problem

I have a page that has 3 <dpl> queries on it. In the resulting page i am seeing a TOC right before each queries results. All other TOC commands are ignored, and

have no effect. Also i have a heading at the top of the page and no TOC appears before this.
